Wooden stairs lead you to the upper Penthouse floor, which comprises a Master Bedroom suite boasting character beamed ceiling, walk in wardrobe and a sunny Roof Terrace with direct views over the Piazza, Mountains and Lake. A third Double Bedroom with wardrobe and beamed ceiling is also provided on this floor, as well as a second newly fitted Bathroom. There is much to explore in the charming Lakeside town of Menaggio and its many local amenities and attractions are very conveniently placed just on the doorstop! Boutique shops blend with historical churches, Italian architecture and bustling Cafes; which line the beautiful shopping parade leading off from the Piazza and the characterful cobbled back alleys, which await your exploration. The Public Lido Beach and Swimming Pool, Children's Park, Mini golf are all just a minute's walk away also. Conveniently the Bus and Taxi service runs from the main Piazza, and the fast and convenient Menaggio car and passenger Ferry is just a 3 minutes walk away. For keen Golfers the world famous Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf Course is just a 5 minutes drive away. The elevated position of this prestigious course offers splendid views in all directions, providing for a very memorable game. Hiring a car is not necessary due to the central location of the property, but if you do have one here there are many public parking spaces all around the centre. | There are no additional charges for credit or debit card payments. However,all bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender. To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our booking form online and pay a 30% deposit. The remaining balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival. | |||||||||||||||||||||
